30 Day Adventure - A Unique Breathing Exercise : why not try it NOW and see if it works ?

We begin our 30 Day Health Experiment on Thursday the 18th of February 2010.

There will be a dramatic change in the lives of those who have decided to take part in this exciting Adventure.

We believe that the problem with Mankind is that it does not realise “who they are” because of their belief in “who they think they are”.

This Adventure or Experiment will bring about this realisation even for those who believe they understand what the Law of PSYCHEGNOSIS is.

Those who have decided to participate must at this time prepare themselves for what is in store.

If not they will not finish the Adventure.

We have written 19 parts pertaining to this Adventure.

Each one has given reasons for taking part.

Each one has indicated the importance of what is required.

The Question we must ALL ask now is the following :

Do I realise and understand that by taking part in this 30 Day Adventure what is required to making it be successful and bring about the necessary changes within my nervous system that will bring about the promises made by this newspaper concerning “The Law of PSYCHEGNOSIS”?

This Question will help us bring into our very inner self the Vibration needed to take part and bring about the maximum impact of the Adventure itself.

We ask that we read today’s article pertaining to our publication written in April 2009 titled: Guaranteed Better Health - no magic pills or mixtures!

This Statement is about a unique breathing exercise.

This breathing exercise will be a requirement of those who will take part in the Adventure.

It will give those who take part the focus required to overcome the control the Thinking Mind has over us.

That is why before we read the articles and the NEW information that will be given to the Adventurers we MUST do the exercise every day BEFORE we read anything.

If the exercise is not done the Thinking Mind will be in control and we shall not do what is required.

That is how important this breathing exercise is.

We ask that we contemplate what we are saying.

It is an absolute necessity.

We desire ALL those who decide to take part to take this advice as it is given.

Below in BOLD TYPE we have the full exercise.

It may be a wise thing to have it PRINTED out.

It can be a constant reminder of what we need to do each day before commencing with the Adventure.

“The reason for not having maximum health is due to stress to our systems.

This blocks life flow.

We are going to explain the importance of Air within our systems.

When we are stressed we are not getting the full benefit of oxygen.

It is not getting to the vital points in the body that would prevent such things as Headaches or dizziness and high or low blood pressure.

The lack of oxygen is the cause also of failure in our vital bodily organs such as lungs and our kidneys as well as our hearts.

Stress causes us to not breathe properly.

This causes our immune system to be overworked and allows disease to take control.

This is what we ask you all to do.

We suggest you read it all before starting.

Sit upright in your chair and relax.

Then you must INHALE as much as you can. Inhale deeply until you feel you can inhale no more.

Now this the most important part of inhaling - when you feel you can inhale no more just inhale a little bit more.

This is the MOST IMPORTANT part that will give you the change that will make the difference.

When you have inhaled you then must hold it in for as long as you can and again when you feel you cannot hold it in anymore - you hold it in a little bit longer.

This is the part that is absolutely necessary.

Please don’t underestimate the importance of that little bit more - you will be able to do it - no matter how bad your health is.

When we exhale the same procedure MUST be adopted to give you the effect on your Health that we promise.

We must exhale from deep down in our lungs to the point that we can exhale no more - yes, we then exhale a little bit more.

So that when you have finished you will feel that your lungs are like a balloon that has absolutely no air in it.

Do this at least THREE times preferably five times.

The difference you are feeling is LIFE flowing through your whole body .

You will have less problems no matter how bad your health is - more than you can imagine.

All those people who have migraines or headaches of any kind will not need to take ANY tablets.

If you are on medication we would ask that when you actually do get a headache or a migraine begins that you take your medicine,

It is up to you.

This process will allow your immune system to take over.

You will feel lighter.

The reason for this is you have eradicated thought as well as giving your body oxygen.

Imagine the difference we can achieve by NOT thinking.

Continue the rest of the day being grateful for the gift of life.
