Depression and its connection to our Sub-conscious. (Part4)

Depression and its connection to our Sub-conscious. (Part 4)

The 3 preceding parts are advised before reading what we have in store today.

Our previous articles have outlined how the world Health authorities treat Depression.

We have spoken about how we at Psychegnosis News respect how they came to treat patients in the manner they do.

We have covered the reasons they have come to their conclusions.

We fully understand their sincerity in treating this dreadful dis-order.

We have talked about why the treatment they use is based on the story that is created within the mind of the individual and its effect on those that practice, both in the medical, and Psychiatric World.

We have also touched on the connection to “who we think we are”, as the reason for this epidemic to have taken control of the patient.

We will discuss our viewpoint on this today.

The mind of the Human Being is an amazing tool, that operates as a perfect communication between the outside world, and the unseen world.

It is vastly underused for the reason it was created.

It has been mistaken for “who we are”.

Its role has become an important factor in our efforts as Human Beings to find out “who we are”.

This research is useless.

The mind is a storer of information!

The mind recalls experiences.

The mind keeps a record of our dealings with people and other memories.

The mind collates and inspires us to be conscious of our surroundings here in the physical world.

It has unfortunately been mistaken for “who we are”.

This mistake which we will call ‘mistaken identity’, is the cause of all the problems connected to Depression.

If everyone were to understand that the role of the mind is all the above; DEPRESSION would CEASE to EXIST overnight!

The reason that it does EXIST, is our mind can only judge from the experiences and information it has stored, so therefore is not; “who we are”.

The mind is our connection to the un-seen world and also the physical world, but it is not; “who we are”.

The mind can explain what it has learned or experienced but it is not; “who we are”.

The mind can evaluate from what it has seen or heard or from what it feels, but it is not “who we are”.

There is a certain part of the mind we are going to discuss, that part is called the Sub-Conscious.

The Sub-conscious part of our mind, is what makes up our Character.

It is our Beliefs.

It is our Traditions.

It is our Habits.

It is our learned experiences, such as walking, or talking.

Other learned experiences are riding a bicycle or driving a car etc.

The Sub-Conscious part of the mind controls “who we think we are”.

It has control of our Actions and Habits.

It controls us to the point that in many ways we cannot prevent our Behaviour.

Our Beliefs are our Sub-Conscious.

Our Sub-Conscious is our Beliefs.

Beliefs make us behave in what seems at times, to be involuntary.

This is where Depression begins.

When we believe we are our minds - Depression is inevitable.

When we believe we are our thoughts - Depression is the result.

When we believe we are our experiences - Depression will take control.

When we believe that our habits are “who we are” - Depression becomes; “WHO WE ARE”.

This is the Truth.

PSYCHEGNOSIS tells us that we are not our mind nor are we the Sub-Conscious mind.

We can control these vital communicative parts of our body, but only when we change; who we believe we are!

The controlling mind and Sub-Conscious mind, will then no longer be mistaken for; who we are.

We would like all mankind to take a look at what we are revealing here on Psychegnosis News, because this important message will FREE the world forever from Depression.

Please, help pass on this great news about Depression.

We shall continue tomorrow on this subject - thank you to all our readers.
