The dictionary meaning is as follows : epicentre - the point on the Earth’s surface directly above the focus of an earthquake.

The power of introducing PSYCHEGNOSIS will be equivalent to an earthquake within any organisation that puts these unique business principles into action.

The EPICENTRE will be a life changing inspirational programme.

It will change the face and the Ethics of all people and Businesses who participate.

It does not make an attempt to change anyone’s personality or turn people into robots.

The unique individuality of the human EGO is imperative in the process that The EPICENTRE teaches.

The importance of this will establish within all of the workforce a willingness to be part of the overall success of the company.

Telesales is TEAMWORK

The biggest issue that employees have is not money.

It is not even the working conditions or hours.

It is simply being made to feel important and wanted.

This need goes beyond any other.

It is imperative for the growth of the Ego.

This is the most important issue in an employee’s Psyche.

It is in the human sub-conscious.

Without it there will never be the input necessary for ultimate success for the individual or the employer.

In 99% of companies they have not realised how critical it is to make this happen.

The employee will walk through walls if this is accomplished.

Money may work short term but money is an “illusion” -  a connection with the real need of the Ego is REALITY.

This is the role of all the telesales staff, not just the employer or the supervisor.

This gives the feeling or the vibration of Teamwork.

In telesales the ultimate is reached when Teamwork is involved.

The sub-conscious is involved with Teamwork.

Not money.

This is where it is vital to have a change for things to get better.

If money is the ultimate goal there cannot be a long term commitment.

This commitment must be rewarded (employers take note) of course but success is - Teamwork.

The ultimate reward for all human beings is working in harmony with ALL that surrounds them.

If Teamwork is not part of everyone in the company - Real success is not achievable.

Teamwork stops us all from being sorry for ourselves.

It stops time being lost with days off.

It creates an atmosphere or vibration of wanting Everyone to make appointments/sales.

It makes the day go quickly.

It creates comradeship and lasting friendships.

It creates Peace and Harmony.

This in turn creates more appointments/sales because the Teamwork radiates down the phone to the client.

This is when miracles happen.

When appointments/sales are made beyond anything that has ever happened before.

It seems effortless.

Words that you never realised you knew come forth that convince clients to make an appointment .

The whole atmosphere radiates throughout your whole being. It takes you beyond motivation and into the power of LIFE itself. This power can only be felt when TEAMWORK IS INVOLVED. Teamwork cannot be achieved unless everyone feels wanted. These two points are the key to success both for the telesales and the company. It cannot be stressed enough. The clients will believe the words you say and give you an appointment when they would normally tell you no way.

The client is involved in their own issues. They do not always feel good about them. They do not know that you are going to call. They sometimes are irritated at how their lives are when you make the call. To talk to them about an appointment while they are in that state is a crime. That is why telesales staff get more appointments from first time call ins. They are the easy ones. The success rate is around 70%. The Telesales staff expect these calls to be appointments because the client is more prepared to take one. The ones that will make the difference to the overall success rate going up is the ones who have called for a brochure and life has got at them for want of a better phrase. These are the ones where you need to be totally aware. These are the ones where YOU DO NOT MENTION the company till you have said something that will change their vibration. This is where the awareness of the creative moment comes in. This creative moment is all that exists and you must realise the importance of the power it gives. If you are aware of this you will say whatever you need to say. You must not mention the appointment until you feel a change of Vibration from the customer. It will be obvious if you are involved in Teamwork. It is up to the individual to read PSYCHEGNOSIS EVERY DAY. In all the articles it talks about vibration.

It is not enough to try and adjust a persons habits. It does not last long enough because our habits are controlling the outcome. It is important to become part of the Team. To realise this power will make you feel that you have no problems. The feeling of being part of the Team will give you Peace. You will overcome the voice in your head. This voice cannot be heard when you are part of the Team. Being Part of the Team is being part of Life. Being part of the Team is where we realize we have no problems. When you know this you will comprehend the greatest of all things - you are not who you think you are. This is EPICENTRE way.It will give you Joy and Peace in your endeavours. Of this it is certain.
