I am Breathing therefore I’m Happy!

We are delighted to bring about a review on an article which we published on March 26th 2009 titled “What’s our priority in Life.”

This article was a catalyst for some of our readers in understanding what “The LAW of PSYCHEGNOSIS” meant to them.

The importance of this article cannot be stressed enough, and we ask that as we read it, we ponder where we are in our lives.

For in the following passages there is great wisdom for ALL Mankind’s quest in becoming what they can become.

We ask that we read with an open mind everything that we share with you today.

We are not here to chastise anyone, but to simply make us all aware of the danger of believing “we are” our Thinking Mind.

What’s our priority in life?

This is a question that requires a lot of pondering.

We as humans are focused on making life here on earth more comfortable.

We as humans are constantly seeking recognition.

We as humans love attention.

The question is: are we happy?

Or more importantly, are we at peace?

Do we find happiness or peace in what we do every day?

Do we expect to get a different result if we do the same thing every day?

If we say for example, that our happiness depends on going back to when we were young or when we get older, are we at peace?

If we say when our partner starts to behave better, then I will be happy?

Are these, and other future or past events our basis for peace and happiness?

Today these questions will prioritize, where you find your happiness and peace from.

You alone can ask them. No one else can answer them for you.

You are the judge and the jury.

So what do we do to change our result into happiness and peace?

When we look at the questions they all have reference to three things:

1) They are based on what has happened in a past or future experience.

How can something that we keep remembering or has not happened yet, bring us peace?

It is thought based. It is missing out on what is happening NOW.

It has no bearing on events on hand and peace is blocked out.

It is impossible to have happiness and peace, while we are focused on past or future events.

So from today, do not tell yourself these things anymore and it will result in peace.

2) They are all dependent on someone or something to change for you to be happy.

Your thoughts and words are saying to you, your not going to be happy until such and such changes.

Can you see again its impossible to have peace, when you are saying you won’t be happy; ‘till someone or something changes?

So again, let us all not tell ourselves these insane things.

Let us now say new words to ourselves for example; “ I am breathing, so I am happy”.

The amazing thing is, you will be!

You are not putting any other condition on you becoming happy.

It is simple.

Let it be, as it can be.

3) When you are not accepting, HOW YOU ARE AT THIS MOMENT, you are telling life itself, that you are not happy.

So what other result do you expect to have?

You cannot be happy when you say you are not happy with the way things ARE.

What we can put into effect right NOW is total acceptance of what “IS”.

Guess what happens instantly?

Yes, peace and the life force comes into action.

Instantly.

Amazing, but true.

Let us the readers of Psychegnosis News, be leaders in helping everyone we meet today by pointing out these three things.

It will be interesting when you hear at least one of the three situations, as their reason for not being happy.

Just bring it to their attention and spread Peace to them also.

Be carriers of peace.

Life is good, and it cannot get any better than to spread Peace to our fellow men.

Tell them they are not “who they think they are”.That they are not their thoughts.

When our priority is PEACE for others - our personal PEACE, becomes automatic .

Our Headline is; “I am Breathing therefore I’m Happy”.

It is the only reason we should give our nervous system for being happy.

The result is, we are happy.

When we say each day when we arise from our sleep; “I am Breathing therefore I’m Happy the result within our Physical body is an amazing feeling of what can only call PEACE.

When we say each day before we go to sleep “I am Breathing therefore I’m Happy” the result within our Physical body is an amazing feeling of that same PEACE.

When we say every time we are asked; “how are we”, we reply with a smile in our hearts; “I am Breathing therefore I’m Happy”the result within our Physical body is an amazing feeling which can only be called PEACE.

The power of this answer is then transmitted to every part of our nervous system, and brings about an instant change to our Health, both in our mind and our body.

This is instant.

The power of giving no conditions to our Happiness and Peace must not be overlooked, because our Thinking Mind hates the idea of actually accepting what “IS”.

The Thinking CEASES to have a hold on us.

The Thinking Mind loses its power of us.

The above remarks cannot be understood by those who are controlled by their Emotions.

The above remarks will be ignored by those who refuse to accept that their Thinking Minds are not “who they are”.

The above remarks will not be taken seriously by those who beleive they already have ALL the answers.

For those who are Humble and Meek they shall mean everything, and Peace shall be the result - Instantly! It is as it “IS”.
