“AS THE LAW OF PSYCHEGNOSIS IS SCIENTIFIC IN ITS ORIGINS WE ASK THAT YOU PRINT OF PART 1 through 125 IN THIS SERIES ON “THE TIME HAS COME FOR MANKIND TO RECEIVE THE LAW OF PSYCHEGNOSIS.“

We ask that the FULL MENU is read each DAY during our INVESTIGATION into finding a NEW BELIEF SYSTEM which will CREATE the PEACE that has ELUDED the HUMAN RACE.

Those READERS who UNDERSTAND will READ it those READERS who do not will NOT.

PLEASE READ AS IF IT WERE THE FIRST TIME YOU HAVE DONE SO.

WE BEGIN ;

1)“ It is important to understand that our body and mind are only part of our Physical self and not “who we are”.

2) It is very important to understand that our “STORY” is not “who we are”.

3) It is also very important to observe our whole bodily systems and realise how well they work when we do not bombard it with our thoughts.

4) It is imperative that we Live our lives in such a way that we are not constantly relating to the Past as our guide to what is possible.

5) The importance of being PRESENT at ALL times cannot be stressed enough.

6) We must study the facts that modern Science has revealed and realise that we are constantly changing and renewing our Cellular system.

7) We must acknowledge that we have been the cause of having less than 100% perfect Health in both our Physical and Mental condition.

8) We must learn to BREATHE properly once again.

This is imperative for the changes to take effect.

9) We are a product of our Thinking Mind and our beliefs which are stored in our Sub-conscious and we must realise that by observing we can initiate any changes in our lives we desire.

10) We must TRUST that we cannot rely anymore on our Thinking Mind to answer our Health issues.

It has had its chance.

11) “If it is to BE it is up to me”.

HERE IS NUMBER 8.

8) We must learn to BREATHE properly once again.

This is imperative for the changes to take effect”.

BREATHING is our FIRST ACTION when we entered the PHYSICAL DOMAIN.

BREATHING will be our FINAL ACTION when we leave the PHYSICAL DOMAIN.

BREATHING is our LIFELINE and is the MOST IMPORTANT ACTION we have to do while we are here in the Physical DOMAIN.

So why do we NOT be AWARE of the PROPER WAY to BREATHE?

EVERY HUMAN BEING that EXISTS has a PROBLEM with how they BREATHE.

The REASON that this is the case is DUE to our EMOTIONAL VIBRATIONS being in CONTROL of our BREATHING.

The MOMENT we REALISE that our BREATHING is AFFECTED by our EMOTIONAL VIBRATIONS we can BREATHE CORRECTLY.

The WAY we BREATHE will in TURN give us more CONTROL.

An ARTICLE we first PUBLISHED in APRIL 2009 will EXPLAIN why BREATHING CORRECTLY is so IMPORTANT.

“Tired - why we get tired easily”?

We as Human Beings are an amazing piece of living intelligence.

Each and every part of our bodily system is an incredibly intricate network of intelligence.

It is perfect.

It runs by itself when we are babies and anytime after that - if we allow it.

It synchronises with all that it encounters in this physical world.

So why is it we are tired some of the time without even using any energy?

We are going to discuss the effects our emotions have on our physical bodies.

The results which when looked at will help confirm our belief the damage that all mankind gets from thinking.

Thinking is the cause of changes within the human body.

They allow us to experience wonderful feelings of emotions.

These emotions are important to take part in the physical world.

They cause us to have empathy.

They cause us to sympathise one with another.

They are feelings of Love.

There are many emotions that we could mention and they are all important pertaining to our mortal existence.

They are not the dangerous thinking that we must become aware of.

Dangerous thinking is not the emotions themselves but our connection to them.

The problem is not being able to dis-connect our experiences from “who we are” which gives them a licence to cause mayhem.

When we use our thoughts and emotions properly they add to our lives.

When they are given credence as being “who we are” they cause illness and premature death.

They take away our lives.

They drain our energy.

They control our every waking moment and even disturb our sleep.

They cause constipation and ulcers.

The list goes on and on.

The thoughts of Humans cause us to behave irrationally and even worse we become insane.

Alzheimer’s is caused by thinking.

We let fear rule us as our thoughts run wild.

They are the cause of depression.

The evidence of this is everywhere if we wish to look at everyone around and see the result of our thinking minds.

Mankind needs to find a way to take control of this insanity.

Understanding PSYCHEGNOSIS is the solution.

PSYCHEGNOSIS is a Law that when adhered to will free us from the terror of connecting our thinking to “who we are”.

It tells us we are not our thoughts.

It explains that our emotions are not “who we are”.

It points out in no uncertain manner that our experiences are simply experiences and not “who we are”.

This is the most important information that mankind can have.

Without realising “who we are not” we cannot stop the terror caused to ourselves and those around us.

We now have the answer to our question about getting tired easily: its a miracle we get any Peace at all when we realise all the thinking we do!

Please read over again and share this with someone you know that is affected by their thinking.

You wont have to look far.

Maybe looking in the mirror may help.

Ask yourself this question ; “am I my “STORY”?

Then ask another question; do I believe my experiences in life are “who I am”?

When you do this you are on your way to being Free.

Free from pain.

Free to live life.

Observing our intake of BREATH is so IMPORTANT we cannot STRESS it enough.

Observing the way we BREATHE will take us INSTANTLY into the REALITY of the PRESENT.

Observing our BREATHING will result in better HEALTH.

Observing our BREATHING will bring INSTANT PEACE.

This is a PROMISE. It is as it “IS”.
