DAY 28 in OUR SERIES of articles pertaining to the PROCRASTINATION we must open up our WORLDVIEW concerning the PHYSICAL WORLD we dwell upon and bring about an understanding of our life here that goes beyond our existing limited thoughts and BELIEFS.

The topic today in this series is probably one of the most controversial as well as being the most disbelieved of all the declarations made by this newspaper since it began publishing in 2009.

PSYCHEGNOSIS declares.: WE CAN BE HAPPY 100% OF THE TIME!

As is the case in everything we must first of all open up our minds to what we presently believe concerning this astonishing statement by asking this QUESTION:

CAN I BE HAPPY 100% OF MY TIME HERE OR IS IT AN IMPOSSIBILTY?

The reason it is so is due to the Belief and most likely the experiences we have all had during our lifetime.

The first response (AND A PERFECTLY REASONABLE RESPONSE!) to this statement is usually along the following lines; NOW THATS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE HOW CAN WE BE HAPPY IF THINGS DONT GO RIGHT IN OUR LIVES?!

The PARADOX ( dictionary definition is; a statement that is seemingly contradictory or opposed to common sense and yet is perhaps true) of what the claim makes is that by coming to an understanding as well as having full awareness that ALL experiences are good, then the statement is not only possible, but becomes a TRUTH!

In a Brainwashed state we have been conditioned and programmed to believing our Beliefs are our gauge for truth, which when fully understood that our Beliefs are a barrier, we can then be happy no matter the situation or circumstance.

An even stranger PARADOX is that there is NO EFFORT in becoming happy 100% of the rest of our lives!

The reason for any kind of unhappiness is due to two major BELIEFS;

1) We do not accept what has happened or experienced!

2) We have set out ridiculous TERMS&CONDITIONS to be happy!

Let us deal with the first of these two Beliefs which is we do not accept what life offers us.

The facts are that we are born and we will die!

These are absolutes no matter how we want things to be because we come into the physical world at birth and we depart the physical world at the death of our physical body.

In-between being born and death of the physical body we experience an OPPOSITE in every experience we have.

We live in physical world where if we did not experience opposites we would not appreciate anything.

Let’s explain what is meant by not being able to appreciate anything without an opposite.

If for example we did not know what cold was we could not appreciate having warmth!

If we did not know what illness was how could we appreciate good health!

The list is endless and does include sadness and the opposite which is happiness!

The happiness we talk of here is not the same kind of happiness we ascertain within, that we are discussing acceptance, or more appropriately, - non-acceptance of life.

The issue is fully explained as we go into the second of our Beliefs that are closely connected with our Brainwashed conditioning.

TERMS&CONDITIONS are different for every human being and are what makes or breaks our chances of being happy 100% of the rest of our lives!

The phrase TERMS&CONDITIONS are used frequently especially in legal terms or whenever a contract is made and is self explanatory.

We set out our TERMS&CONDITIONS when we decide what we are going to BELIEVE.

The only TERMS&CONDITIONS we must have to be happy 100% of the time is that - WE ARE ALIVE THEREFORE WE ARE HAPPY!

It is only possible to have that one TERM and one CONDITION if we STOP any kind of BELIEF that contradicts the one TERM and CONDITION!

That is only possible if we ACCEPT ALL that life offers - NO MATTER WHAT!

Also we must ACCEPT every emotion and experience as pieces of information and part of what IS!

Then we can be happy 100% of the time with - NO EFFORT!

We finish with this Question; WHAT ARE MY TERMS&CONDITIONS FOR BEING HAPPY CONCERNING ALL THE EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD AND WILL HAVE DURING MY LIFE HERE IN THE PHYSICAL DOMAIN?

It is as it IS!
