Article 21 in our new SERIES of articles pertaining to the CREATION of the PHYSICAL WORLD we dwell upon and ask that all those who desire to DISCOVER whether we are here by ACCIDENT or by DESIGN. We will discuss the EVIDENCE presented by modern-day SCIENCE as well as that which we can see with our own eyes. We remind all those who are reading these articles that PSYCHEGNOSIS is NON-RELIGIOUS and ask that you lay aside any BIAS either for SCIENCE or RELIGION.

During this article, we will reveal why Psychegnosis is the alternative to Meditation because it gives permanent PEACE and does not escape from reality, but in fact, embraces reality!

To fully appreciate our controversial stand on meditation, we must understand what PSYCHEGNOSIS and this newspaper have brought to the table.

We at Psychegnosis News, wish at this time to say that there is no criticism against any Religion, or individual, who teach or practise Meditation.

We believe that there is a sincere effort by both sets of people, to bring about a better way of living, to the world we live in.

At Psychegnosis News we do not wish to take away anything from any-ones life unless we can offer a better alternative, or make the belief better.

We ask that all people sincerely look at what we have to say, with an open mind.

The alternative that Psychegnosis offers, leads to constant PEACE.

Not a momentary release!

That perpetual Peace can only be had in the Reality of living Life itself, and not escaping from our experiences.

This escape tells us that where we are - is not good!

What PSYCHEGNOSIS tells us, that where we are -  is good!

That our life experiences are an important factor in creating Peace within us all individually, and in all of the human race.

That our experiences and how we handle them will allow the greatest growth that can be had in the physical world we dwell in.

It does not mean that we have to endure our circumstances if they become intolerable.

It actually gives us a clarity of what to do in any situation that arises in our Life, be they intolerable or not.

The understanding we will have when we realise - “we are not our emotions”, gives us the power, to be at Peace at all times.

This is not what the world and meditators tell us.

The world tells us there is bad and good depending on how we feel, which gives us an attachment to our emotions.

The world says we cannot have Peace if things are not going our way.

PSYCHEGNOSIS tells us that bad and good are only circumstances.

Circumstances are only circumstances - nothing else!

Peace is non-judgmental, therefore there is no difference in our conditions that surround us.

The beauty is to realise that life gives us all the emotions necessary, to achieve Peace.

There are a Birth and Death, in all things physical.

There are a beginning and an end, to all things physical.

There is a healthy time, and a time for illness, in all things physical.

That the rain and the wind are part of all that exists.

They all have a part to play in the physical world.

We cannot know Peace, until we realise that there needs, to be an opposite in all things.

These things, are meant to be.

They are, as they are.

That our acceptance of what “IS” will overcome - our unhappiness to what “IS”.

This great factor shall overcome our need to escape from the world we live in.

We can change our perspective on life instantly when we realise these great Truths.

That we have no need to run away from Life anymore.

That Peace is available to all who understand ” whom we are not”, without effort, or the need “to get away from it all” in Meditation, nor the need to become a recluse or a monk.

Our lives are a wonderful thing and will bring us to where we can enjoy a fullness of all that “IS”.

We desire that all readers participate in, not thinking we have a bad life.

We end with this Question; WHY DO I SEEK TO CHANGE WHAT ‘IS’, WHEN I SHOULD SEEK ACCEPTANCE OF WHAT ‘IS’, AND DO I NOT SEE THAT TRYING TO CHANGE WHAT ‘IS’, LEADS ME TO PAIN AND CONFUSION?

It is as it ‘IS’!
