DAY 2 brought us information concerning how we must learn to be OBSERVERS of our existing behaviours rather than participating in our insane behaviours.
DAY 3 explains how our EMOTIONAL IMPULSES work within the HUMAN BODY and why they are only part of our amazing network of COMMUNICATION and must not be mistaken as ‘who we are’!
DAY 4 we approached our the controversial issue of how every HUMAN BEING is BRAINWASHED with NO EXCEPTIONS which obviously included us as individuals and unless we ACCEPTED this to be the TRUTH we would not be able to have instant PEACE.
DAY 5 the reason we have great difficulty controlling our unwanted behaviours and how we could bring about change with no effort.
We end the first part of our articles and will continue the review tomorrow and it would be wisdom indeed to reread any or all of them if you still feel you are struggling to find you require no EFFORT.
